My husband and I spent last week in Buffalo, New York visiting family. We hadn't been there in four years and I forgot how pretty it is in late Spring with plentiful flowers and colorful birds. And the food was wonderful too (beef on wick at The Village Inn and maple-dip doughnuts from Tim Horton). But the best part was being with family.
