A couple years ago my dad gave me a pineapple plant from his back yard. It's taken all this time for it to produce. No wonder pineapple's cost so much in the stores! We also have a cherry tomato plant which, according to my hubby, is loaded. He brought one in the other day and it was so pretty! Have you ever noticed how much better home grown food tastes? I'm looking forward to when it's time to pluck our pineapple and have a taste.
